CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We will do our very best to accomodate any changes you may have with regard to your flight bookings or vouchers. There is a significant amount of work involved in prepapration for your flight, as well as the involvement of a number of third party suppliers, civil aviation & airport fees etc, and as such the following restrictions apply.
You may postpone your flight for any reason giving at least 3 days notice, no fees apply. Postponements made within 3 days will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
Where flights are postponed by XFLIGHT for any reason, there will be no fee for rescheduling, and gift vouchers will be extended to ensure they remain valid.
Please be aware flights are weather dependent, so be sure to have a backup day in mind.
Where flights are cancelled permanently giving more than 30 days notice, a $95 cancellation fee will apply. Flights cancelled within 30 days are forfeit.
However, you may choose to have your flight booking transferred to a gift voucher, or use any amount paid for that flight towards other products or services available from XFLIGHT.
Where flights are permanently cancelled by XFLIGHT the purchaser shall be entitled to a full refund.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, however they are transferrable, and we will be happy to have a replacement voucher issued for you.
Gift vouchers may only be transferred by the purchaser of the voucher, not the recipient.
Where a refund is possible, please be aware that online payments are made through a 3rd party system and some minor fees may apply, please enquire for more infomation.
